🔹 Role Overview:
Style Associates use their fashion sense and product knowledge to help customers choose the perfect jewellery while delivering an excellent shopping experience.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve individual & store sales targets
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service
• Assist customers using strong product knowledge
• Support visual merchandising, stock handling & store upkeep
• Handle billing, POS transactions & cross-selling
• Work collaboratively with the store team
• Follow SOPs & take on additional tasks as required

🔹 Candidate Profile:
• Graduate (Fresher) or HSC with 2+ years retail experience
• Age: 18–35 years
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends & evenings

🔹 Skills Required:
✔ Good communication (English & local language)
✔ Customer engagement & active listening
✔ Pleasant personality & positive body language
✔ Well-groomed with strong personal presentation
