• Coordinate daily activities of the store depot/warehouse.

• Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.

• Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued, and transferred.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.

• Ensure proper storage and organization of products.

• Conduct regular stock checks and support physical inventory/counting.

• Coordinate with store, purchasing, logistics, and transport teams.

• Monitor stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and excess inventory.

• Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.

• Maintain proper warehouse documentation and reports.

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper utilization of warehouse space.

• Guide and coordinate warehouse/store staff to achieve operational targets.

• Report daily operational and inventory issues to management.

Candidate Requirements

• 7–10 years of relevant experience as a Godown Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, Store Coordinator, or similar role.

• Strong experience in Retail Supermarket / Hypermarket operations preferred.

• Experience in retail, e-commerce, quick commerce, logistics, warehousing, or distribution will be an advantage.

• Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.

• Ability to coordinate teams and handle day-to-day warehouse operations.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain operational records.

• Candidates should be physically fit and capable of working in a warehouse/depot environment.
