We are looking for a Store Sales Associate to join our team at Store 20 to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases across our toy, gift, and novelty inventory.

• Provide accurate information on pricing, features, and after-sales services for our high-quality plastic toys and gift collections.

• Cross-sell products and inform customers about ongoing store discounts and special offers.

• Ensure shelves and displays are neatly stocked, organized, and manage merchandise returns efficiently.

• Coordinate with the team for seamless customer service and share daily customer feedback with the Store Manager.

• Stay updated on new toy releases, novelties, and store promotions.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of High School Graduate or equivalent with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, but freshers with a positive, energetic attitude are welcome to apply.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and handle customer inquiries professionally.

• Familiarity with basic retail inventory procedures and point-of-sale (POS) transaction handling.
