Key Responsibilities:
● Handle walk-in customers and drive product sales
● Maintain and manage store displays and merchandise
● Assist customers with product selection and queries
● Manage billing and cash/UPI transactions
● Track daily sales and inventory levels
● Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
● Coordinate for stock replenishment
● Provide excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
● 1–2 years of experience in retail sales / store handling
● Good communication and interpersonal skills
● Basic knowledge of billing systems and digital payments
● Presentable, proactive, and customer-oriented
● Willing to work in a campus/store environment
Preferred Skills:
● Experience in merchandise / apparel / retail store
● Basic inventory management knowledge
● Ability to upsell and meet sales targets
Additional Information:
● Immediate joiners preferred
● Candidate should be reliable, punctual, and energetic
