The Sales Manager will lead the sales team, drive showroom revenue through product sales and finance conversions, manage daily operations, achieve monthly targets and ensure excellent customer experience across TVs, fridges, washing machines, coolers, mobiles and other home appliances.
Lead and motivate sales team to achieve monthly revenue and finance conversion targets
Manage showroom operations including inventory display, stock management and billing
Train sales staff on product knowledge, EMI schemes and customer handling techniques
Monitor daily sales performance, finance applications and conversion ratios
Coordinate with finance partners (Bajaj Finance, IDFC, HDB, Home Credit, TVS) for smooth EMI processing
Handle high-value customer deals, negotiations and after-sales service
Organize promotional activities, festival schemes and "No Cost EMI" campaigns
Maintain sales reports, inventory records and customer feedback
Ensure showroom cleanliness, product displays and compliance with all standards
12th pass minimum; graduation preferred
2-3 years experience as sales executive/supervisor/manager in electronics showroom / consumer durables / retail sales (mandatory)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team leadership
Strong product knowledge of TVs, appliances and mobiles
Excellent communication, negotiation and team management skills
Basic computer knowledge for billing, inventory and reporting
Willing to work showroom timings including weekends and festivals
