Job Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in the store.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
Explain product features, prices, offers, and benefits.
Handle billing and cash/card/UPI payments.
Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness.
Check stock availability and inform the store manager about low-stock items.
Maintain daily sales and stock records.
Handle customer queries and provide good customer service.
Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the store team for smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and billing.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a team.
Previous retail/store sales experience will be an advantage.
