Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and energetic Store Salesperson to assist customers, drive sales, and maintain an organized and attractive store environment. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them in selecting products based on their needs.
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, promotions, and offers.
Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
0–2 years of retail sales experience (preferred, but freshers may apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
