Job Overview
We are looking for a confident, energetic and customer-focused Store Sales Executive for our waffles and gift hamper store in Lajpat Nagar, Delhi.
Candidate ki primary responsibility store par aane wale customers ko attend karna, unki requirements samajhna, waffles aur gift hampers ke baare mein information dena aur enquiries ko sales mein convert karna hoga.
Candidate ko customers ko products suggest karne, order generate karne aur overall store sales increase karne par focus karna hoga.
Key Responsibilities
Store par aane wale customers ko professionally greet aur attend karna.
Customers ki requirement aur preference ko samajhna.
Waffles, gift hampers aur available products ke baare mein customers ko clearly explain karna.
Customers ko suitable waffles, combos aur gift hampers suggest karna.
Product pricing, offers, quantity aur available options ke baare mein information dena.
Birthday, anniversary, festivals, corporate gifting aur other occasions ke liye suitable gift hampers suggest karna.
Customers ko products select karne mein assist karna.
Walk-in customers ko successfully sales mein convert karna.
Customer enquiries ko professionally handle karna.
Phone calls aur WhatsApp enquiries ko handle karna aur orders generate karna.
Online/direct enquiries ka timely follow-up karna.
Repeat customers ke saath good relationship maintain karna.
Customers ko new products, offers aur available deals ke baare mein inform karna.
Order details accurately note karna aur concerned team ke saath coordinate karna.
Store mein products aur gift hampers ko properly display aur presentable maintain karna.
Daily sales aur customer enquiries ka basic record maintain karna.
Store ki daily sales improve karne ke liye active efforts karna.
Assigned sales targets achieve karna.
Candidate Requirements
Store Sales, Retail Sales, Counter Sales, Telesales, Customer Handling ya similar profile ka experience preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills and a positive sales attitude can also apply.
Hindi mein good communication skills mandatory hain.
Basic English communication skills preferred.
Customers ko confidently handle karne ki ability honi chahiye.
Good convincing and communication skills honi chahiye.
Customer ki requirement samajhkar suitable product recommend karne ki ability honi chahiye.
Sales targets achieve karne ke liye target-oriented approach honi chahiye.
Presentable personality aur professional behaviour hona chahiye.
Basic smartphone, WhatsApp aur billing/order-related applications ka knowledge preferred.
