We are looking for a Store Sales Executive to join our team at Braindezvous Infotech Private Limited to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 with growth opportunities.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹22,000/month, often with performance incentives.

Main responsibilities:

• Visit retail shops and merchants.

• Promote and explain Amazon Pay/UPI/payment services.

• Help merchants activate and use Amazon Pay.

• Generate new merchant/store leads.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales/activation targets.

• Follow up with existing merchants.

• Explain offers, cashback and payment features to customers/retailers.

• Maintain daily sales reports.

• Build good relationships with shop owners.

• Work in the assigned local area; field travel is normally involved.

Eligibility:

• 12th pass or graduate, depending on the employer.

• Freshers may be eligible for some field-sales positions; experience is an advantage.

• Good communication in Hindi/local language.

• Basic smartphone knowledge.

• Willingness to travel and work with sales targets.

Expected working pattern: Usually full-time field work, commonly around 6 days/week, though exact hours.
