Store Manager

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Manager to manage our chemical warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, handling sales-related documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the godown.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage stock inventory of all chemical products and materials in the godown.

• Prepare sales challans, invoices, and dispatch documents for outgoing orders.

• Maintain basic accounts related to sales and stock movement.

• Track incoming and outgoing materials and update stock records regularly.

• Ensure proper stock management and storage of chemicals.

• Prepare and submit daily stock reports and sales reports to management.

• Coordinate with the sales team and logistics team for order dispatch.

• Monitor stock levels and inform management for timely replenishment.

• Maintain organized records of all transactions and inventory movements.

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the warehouse.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of accounts and inventory management

• Experience in challan preparation and billing

• Good record-keeping and reporting skills

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / billing software)

• Responsible and organized work attitude

Experience: 1–3 years in warehouse / store management preferred.
