We are looking for a Store Manager to join our team at Yaritu to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end showroom operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.

• Handle customer inquiries and explain rental products, pricing, and terms.

• Ensure high-quality customer service and a positive customer experience.

• Train, manage, and motivate showroom staff to improve performance.

• Track customer footfall sources and analyze conversion ratios.

• Manage rental bookings, agreements, billing, and return processes.

• Ensure proper documentation, verification, and compliance with company policies.

• Maintain showroom standards, cleanliness, and asset safety.

• Control inventory, stock movement, and regular stock verification.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

• Resolve customer concerns and improve customer conversion rates.

• Support management in achieving revenue and operational targets.
  Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 6 months - 5 years of experience. The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures.
