HIRING: OUTLET MANAGER

We are looking for a results-driven Outlet Manager to oversee operations, lead our team, and boost profitability!

Location: Panvel
Job Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do:

· Run Operations: Manage daily openings, staff rosters, and cash tallying.

· Drive Sales: Maximize revenue, update Swiggy/Zomato, and minimize returns.

· Lead the Team: Recruit, train, and motivate staff to handle peak season pressure.

· Manage Stock: Track inventory handovers and eliminate expired/damaged products.

· Maintain Standards: Ensure top-tier hygiene, customer satisfaction, and equipment maintenance.

What We Need:

· Proven experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality management.

· Strong leadership, problem-solving, and crisis-management skills.

· Familiarity with inventory control, daily reporting, and food delivery apps.
