We're Hiring – Salon Manager
Position: Salon Manager
Qualification: Graduate (Any Degree)
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
Location: Be You Salon
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day salon operations.
Lead and supervise the salon team.
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Achieve monthly sales and service targets.
Handle staff attendance, scheduling, and performance.
Maintain salon hygiene, stock, and inventory.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the management team and prepare daily reports.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
Ability to manage a team and handle customers confidently.
Experience in salon, retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
