Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the retail store and ensure smooth functioning.
Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve business targets.
Drive sales, customer service, and overall store performance.
Manage staff attendance, rostering, discipline, and daily productivity.
Ensure proper stock receiving, replenishment, inventory control, and stock accuracy.
Monitor visual merchandising, product display, pricing, and store hygiene.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Monitor cash handling, billing, and daily store reports.
Ensure company policies, SOPs, safety, and compliance are followed.
Coordinate with the Area Manager and Head Office regarding store operations and requirements.
Analyze sales and operational reports and take corrective actions where required.
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of store employees.
