Role Summary:

Store smoothly chalana + customers ko handle karna + sales badhana aur local marketing karna

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations:

Daily store ka kaam manage karna
Orders lena, process karna & delivery ensure karna
Billing, cash aur records maintain karna
Store clean & organized rakhna

2. Customer Handling:

Walk-in customers ko attend karna
Complaints politely resolve karna
Repeat customers banana (relationship maintain karna)

3. Staff Management:

Staff ko guide karna aur unka kaam check karna
Discipline & grooming maintain karwana

4. Sales & Marketing (Very Important):

Daily sales target achieve karna
Nearby area me marketing karna (pamphlet, society visits, etc.)
Leads generate karna & convert karna
Offers/promotions explain karke sales increase karna
Old customers ko follow-up karke repeat orders lana

Requirements:

Basic mobile/computer knowledge (WhatsApp, billing)
Retail/store handling experience preferred
Good communication (Hindi + basic English)
Sales mindset hona chahiye
Responsible & proactive attitude
