Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Store Manager to manage store, warehouse, and inventory operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in inventory management, ERP systems, warehouse operations, stock control, and team leadership.

### 💼 Key Responsibilities

📦 Inventory Management

✅ Inventory control and stock reconciliation

✅ Material receipts, issues, transfers, and returns management

✅ Periodic stock audits and cycle counts

✅ Inventory forecasting and stock optimization

🏭 Store & Warehouse Operations

✅ Manage day-to-day warehouse and store activities

✅ Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials

✅ Implement FIFO, FEFO, and inventory control practices

✅ Monitor warehouse safety and material handling standards

💻 ERP & Documentation

✅ SAP / ERP inventory transaction management

✅ GRN, stock transfer, issue slips, and dispatch documentation

✅ MIS reporting and inventory dashboards

✅ Audit and compliance documentation management

👥 Team Management

✅ Lead and supervise store and warehouse staff

✅ Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance

✅ Conduct training and development programs

✅ Drive accountability and operational excellence

🔄 Coordination & Planning

✅ Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Accounts, and Logistics teams

✅ Inventory forecasting and procurement planning

✅ Ensure timely availability of raw materials and spare parts

📋 Compliance & Audits

✅ Internal and external inventory audits

✅ ISO and statutory compliance management

✅ Warehouse safety and environmental compliance
