Job description
Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Maintain neat and presentable appearance as per company grooming standards.
Punctual with working hours.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain inventory levels, stock replenishment, and coordinate with supplies.
Ensure visual merchandising standards and store presentation are followed.
Monitor sales performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Handle cash management, billing, and ensure accuracy in transactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene standards.
Implement promotional activities and marketing initiatives at the store level.
