Job Responsibilities

Drive daily, monthly, and annual store sales targets and profitability.

Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the retail sales team to achieve individual and store KPIs.

Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Monitor key metrics such as footfall, conversion, average bill value, productivity, and sales performance.

Handle customer queries, escalations, and complaints professionally.

Manage inventory, stock movement, stock audits, and loss prevention.

Ensure proper visual merchandising, product presentation, store ambience, and brand standards.

Maintain compliance with SOPs, security procedures, cash handling, and operational policies.

Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales/MIS reports.

Coordinate with the marketing and merchandising teams for promotions, new launches, and campaigns.

Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of store employees.

Ensure smooth opening, closing, housekeeping, and overall day-to-day store operations.

Candidates with experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager / Senior Retail Sales professional in jewellery, luxury retail, premium fashion, watches, or lifestyle brands are preferred. Current Mia-related postings commonly emphasize sales leadership, customer experience, KPIs, inventory control, visual merchandising, and team development.
