🔹 Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning

• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive store KPIs

• Lead, train, and motivate the store team

• Ensure excellent customer service and footwear fitting guidance

• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation

• Manage inventory, stock audits, and shrinkage control

• Handle billing, cash management, and POS operations

• Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally

🔹 Skills Required

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Sales-driven and customer-focused approach

• Knowledge of footwear categories, sizing, and fitting

• Experience in handling store KPIs and reports

• Ability to manage high footfall retail environments

🕒 Work Schedule

• 6 days working (1 weekly off)

• Weekend and festival availability required
