Job Summary:

We are hiring a dynamic and customer-oriented Store Manager for a leading footwear brand. The role involves managing store operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and leading the store team to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end store operations for a high-footfall footwear store.

Achieve monthly sales targets and improve store profitability.

Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service.

Maintain proper stock levels, manage GRN, and control shrinkage.

Ensure attractive visual merchandising and proper product display as per brand guidelines.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure smooth service.

Maintain store hygiene, grooming standards, and operational compliance.

Prepare sales reports, staff rosters, and performance trackers.

Manage billing, cash handling, and ensure audit readiness.

Coordinate with Area Manager/Operations team for promotions, offers, and store requirements.

Skills & Requirements:

Prior experience in Retail Footwear, Apparel, or Fashion industry preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills.

Excellent customer service and sales orientation.

Knowledge of retail KPIs, inventory, and store operations.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS software).

Education:

Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: Retail Management / Business Administration).
