Job Description – Store Manager

Location: Gurugram
Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.

• Maintain accurate stock levels, inventory records, and documentation.

• Handle stock receiving, issuing, storage, and reconciliation.

• Monitor stock movement and ensure timely replenishment.

• Coordinate with purchase, vendors, and internal departments.

• Ensure proper storage, safety, cleanliness, and organization of the store.

• Conduct regular physical stock audits and resolve discrepancies.

• Prepare daily/weekly inventory and stock reports.

• Supervise store staff and allocate daily tasks.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 2–5 years of experience in Store Management, Inventory, Warehouse, or Purchase Operations.

• Good knowledge of inventory control and stock management.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of handling store operations independently.
