Staff ki hiring, training aur performance monitoring karna.
Inventory aur stock management ko maintain karna.
Customer service aur customer satisfaction ko improve karna.
Billing, cash handling aur cash reconciliation ko supervise karna.
Store ki cleanliness, safety aur visual merchandising standards ko maintain karna.
Vendor aur supplier coordination karna.
Daily, weekly aur monthly sales reports prepare karna.
Company policies aur procedures ka proper implementation ensure karna.
Required Skills:
Leadership aur team management skills.
Excellent communication aur customer handling skills.
Inventory aur stock management ka knowledge.
MS Excel aur billing software ka basic knowledge.
Problem-solving aur decision-making ability.
Qualification:
Graduate preferred.
Retail, supermarket ya FMCG industry mein 2-5 saal ka experience preferred.
