Job Description – Store Manager

Location: Mussoorie Road, Malsi, Dehradun

Experience: 3–4 years

About the Role: We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee daily store operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in sales Ladies Ethnic wear, Sarees, Dress Material, billing, and excellent customer service abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning

• Handle customer queries, assist shoppers, and provide a delightful in-store experience

• Perform billing and manage POS systems

• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and promote store products

• Maintain store cleanliness, display standards, and inventory levels

• Coordinate with the owner/management for stock, orders, and reporting

• Supervise staff (if any) and ensure high customer satisfaction

• Address customer concerns professionally and maintain a positive store environment

Key Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in retail/store management (preferably in fashion, boutique, or lifestyle stores)

• Female candidates only

• Strong English communication skills

• Experience in billing, POS operations, and cashiering

• Good sales skills with a customer-first approach

• Presentable, confident, and well-disciplined

• Ability to handle store responsibilities independently
