Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Drive store sales targets and profitability through effective merchandising and team management.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise store staff including Sales Executives and Cashiers.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and minimize shrinkage/wastage.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness as per company guidelines.
• Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline; retail management qualification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in retail store management or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Sound understanding of retail operations, inventory, and POS systems.
• Willingness to work at the assigned store location.
