As a Store Manager at Printo, you play a pivotal role as the face of our establishment.

Your responsibilities include:

1.Welcoming and engaging with customers, ensuring a thorough understanding of their printing needs.

2.Efficient team management and proactive problem-solving.

3.Upholding high standards of customer service and promptly addressing customer and team concerns.

4.Effective management of cash, payments, and preparation of sales reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

1.A minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in the retail industry.

2.Previous experience as a Team Lead in a retail business or a clear potential to lead and guide a team effectively.

3.Excellent communication skills to interact with both customers and the team.

4.Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency with MS Office.

5.Prior experience in customer-facing roles, either in-person or over the phone.

6.Demonstrated experience in team management.

7.Relevant background in sales and the ability to close orders.

8.Rest assured, we will provide training in print technology and customer service to help you thrive in this role.
