We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage our 10,000 sq. ft. Apparel Show room.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the apparel store room.

• Handle receiving, storage, inventory, picking, packing, and dispatch of garments/apparel.

• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure inventory accuracy.

• Plan and optimize storage space and material movement.

• Monitor inward and outward materials and maintain proper documentation.

• Lead and manage store/warehouse staff effectively.

• Conduct regular stock audits and resolve inventory discrepancies.

• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline within the store.

• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales, and Dispatch teams.

• Implement efficient inventory control and warehouse management practices.

Candidate Requirements:

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Apparel/Garments store or warehouse operations.

• Candidates from an apparels background are mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of apparel inventory and warehouse processes.

• Good team-handling and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage a 10,000 sq. ft. showroom independently.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Candidates from Hosur and nearby locations are preferred.
