Job Summary

PP Karting, Kakinada is looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the karting facility. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining safety standards, monitoring sales and cash transactions, and ensuring the facility operates smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the PP Karting facility.

- Supervise, schedule, and guide staff members during shifts.

- Ensure customers receive friendly, professional, and prompt service.

- Handle customer enquiries, bookings, complaints, and special requests.

- Ensure all karting safety procedures and operating rules are strictly followed.

- Conduct opening and closing procedures of the facility.

- Monitor kart availability and coordinate with the technical/maintenance team for any issues.

- Ensure the track, reception, customer areas, and equipment are clean and well maintained.

- Manage billing, cash, UPI/card transactions, and daily sales reconciliation.

- Maintain accurate records of daily sales, expenses, bookings, and attendance.

- Monitor inventory and arrange required operational supplies.

- Promote packages, group bookings, birthday events, corporate events, and other offers.

- Support local marketing and promotional activities to increase customer footfall.

- Train new employees on customer service, safety procedures, and operational standards.

- Monitor employee performance and maintain discipline within the team.

- Handle emergencies and operational issues calmly and responsibly.

- Prepare daily/weekly reports for management.

- Work toward achieving monthly sales and customer-service targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment, gaming, F&B, or facility operations.

- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.

- Strong leadership and team-management skills.

- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

- Ability to handle cash, billing systems, and basic accounts.

- Comfortable using computers, POS systems, WhatsApp, Excel, and basic reporting tools.

- Ability to resolve customer complaints professionally.

- Strong attention to safety, cleanliness, and operational discipline.

- Ability to work under pressure, especially during weekends and peak hours.

- Fluency in Telugu is required; working knowledge of English and Hindi is preferred.

Working Requirements

- Willingness to work flexible shifts.

- Availability on weekends, public holidays, and evenings, as these may be peak business periods.

- Ability to remain active and supervise operations throughout the shift.
