Sales Executive – Rugs & Home Décor

PC Rugs manufactures exquisite handmade as well as machine knitted, hand-finished rugs and carpets — combining heritage craftsmanship with modern design — for homeowners, interior designers, and hospitality clients across India and globally.

Role Overview

Own the showroom floor at Gachibowli — driving in-store sales, generating and maturing leads, cross-selling across our range, and representing the brand on social media. This is an active sales role, not passive retail.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Targets: Meet monthly/quarterly targets; convert walk-ins and inbound leads; maintain a weekly pipeline report.
2. Lead Generation & Maturity: Network with interior designers, architects, and developers in the Gachibowli–HITEC City corridor; nurture leads from first contact to closure.
3. Cross-Selling: Identify customer needs and recommend complementary products across all PC Rugs categories.
4. Customer Service: Deliver a consultative showroom experience; manage post-sale queries, delivery coordination, and complaints.
5. Social Media & Marketing: Create and share showroom content (new arrivals, installations) on Instagram and WhatsApp; engage local décor communities.
6. Showroom Operations: Maintain display standards, full product knowledge, and up-to-date CRM/lead records.

Requirements

Languages - Hindi, Telugu, and English

Experience - Minimum 3 years in direct or retail sales

Domain- Furniture, home décor, flooring, or interiors preferred

Skills - Lead generation, lead maturity, cross-selling, social media, CRM tools

Attitude - Polite, humble, and customer-centric approach

Location - Must be based in or able to commute to Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Desirable

Prior experience with rugs or luxury home textiles; existing network of designers or architects in Hyderabad; basic reels/photography skills.

Compensation

Fixed salary + performance-linked incentives tied to target achievement. Details discussed at interview.
