Vishal Rathore Designs is a premium menswear and bespoke fashion house rooted in Indian heritage, craftsmanship, and timeless tailoring. Our collections include Bandhgalas, Achkans, suits, formalwear, occasion wear, shirts, trousers, and other refined menswear.

We are looking for an experienced and well-presented Store Manager to lead our Udaipur store and deliver an exceptional luxury retail and bespoke client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the Udaipur store.

• Welcome clients and provide a premium, personalised in-store experience.

• Understand client requirements and confidently present garments, fabrics, styles, fits, and customisation options.

• Manage private appointments, walk-in clients, enquiries, follow-ups, trials, alterations, and final deliveries.

• Coordinate with master tailors, production, design, and operations teams for bespoke orders.

• Ensure accurate recording of client measurements, order details, delivery dates, alterations, and special instructions.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop repeat business through professional clienteling.

• Follow up with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other approved communication channels.

• Take ownership of store sales targets and actively work towards achieving monthly business goals.

• Maintain proper records of sales, payments, advances, pending balances, and order status.

• Ensure timely collection of outstanding client payments.

• Maintain stock records for garments, fabrics, accessories, packaging, and other store inventory.

• Conduct regular inventory checks and immediately report any discrepancies.

• Ensure the store, trial area, displays, garments, and visual merchandising are maintained to premium brand standards.

• Supervise store staff and ensure discipline, grooming, punctuality, and professional communication.

• Prepare and share daily and weekly reports covering sales, enquiries, appointments, orders, trials, deliveries, payments, and pending follow-ups.

• Coordinate closely with management regarding important clients, urgent orders, complaints, and special requirements.

• Handle client concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.

• Maintain complete confidentiality regarding clients, designs, pricing, and internal brand information.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in premium menswear, luxury retail, bespoke tailoring, designer wear, or a similar environment.

• Previous experience managing a fashion retail store or team is preferred.

• Strong understanding of menswear, fabrics, tailoring, fits, and formal/occasion dressing.

• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

• Confident personality with strong presentation and grooming standards.

• Sales-oriented with the ability to develop long-term client relationships.

• Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM systems, billing software, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic digital reporting.

• Strong organisational ability with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple bespoke orders, deadlines, trials, and deliveries simultaneously.

• Fluent in Hindi and English. Knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
