Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations and supervise staff.
Monitor inventory, stock availability, and replenishment.
Oversee POS billing, cash handling, and daily sales.
Ensure proper product display, pricing, and shelf management.
Monitor product expiry dates and minimize wastage.
Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and discipline.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints.
Manage staff performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
Conduct stock audits and prepare daily sales and inventory reports.
Coordinate with vendors for stock procurement and deliveries.
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience in retail, grocery, or supermarket operations preferred.
Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Knowledge of POS billing, inventory management, and sales reporting.
Ability to manage store operations independently.
