As a Store Manager in Sweet -Restaurant Outlet, your responsibilities will include the following:
• Store Operations:
· Manage day-to-day operations of the store and ensure smooth functioning.
· Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and an inviting store ambiance.
· Ensure proper functioning of billing software, POS, Money collection and store infrastructure.
• Staff Management:
· Supervise and coordinate daily activities of sales and kitchen staff.
· Prepare work schedules and allocate responsibilities.
· Train new staff and maintain discipline within the team.
• Sales & Customer Experience:
· Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
· Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints efficiently.
· Maintain high standards in product display and packaging.
• Inventory & Stock Control:
· Track inventory levels of sweets, raw materials, and packaging items.
· Conduct daily/weekly stock audits and ensure zero stockouts.
· Coordinate with vendors for timely replenishments.
• Billing & Cash Handling:
· Oversee all cash and digital transactions.
· Ensure end-of-day cash reconciliation and reporting.
· Monitor and apply discounts or refunds as per policy.
• Quality & Hygiene Control:
· Enforce food safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures.
· Monitor product shelf life and dispose of expired stock.
• Reporting:
· Submit daily sales, footfall, and inventory reports to the management.
· Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance.
• Coordination & Promotions:
· Manage order fulfillment through Zomato, Swiggy, etc.
· Support execution of in-store promotions and seasonal campaigns.
