We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can independently manage the entire store and take full ownership of its operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the store independently as the sole incharge
Handle day-to-day store operations efficiently
Provide accurate product information to customers
Process sales transactions smoothly
Maintain stock levels and ensure proper shelf organization
Promote products and drive sales
Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
Minimum age: 25 years and above
Prior experience in retail/store management required
Responsible and trustworthy individual
Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
Ability to manage the store independently
Basic communication and sales skills
Salary:
₹10,000 – ₹12,000 (in-hand)
