Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Store Manager to lead our retail team at MacV. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily store operations, driving sales performance, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth inventory and staff management. The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate the team and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the showroom.

• Sales & Target Achievement: Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and maximize store revenue.

• Team Management: Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of sales executives and other store staff.

• Customer Relationship Management: Ensure excellent customer service, handle customer complaints, and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Upselling & Cross-selling: Implement strategies to improve Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Transaction Value (ATV), and overall sales conversion.

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate stock replenishment, conduct stock audits, and minimize stock discrepancies.

• Visual Merchandising: Ensure proper product display, store presentation, and adherence to company merchandising standards.

• Billing & Cash Management: Monitor billing procedures, cash handling, daily sales reports, and end-of-day reconciliation.

• Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, analyze business reports, and take corrective actions to achieve targets.

• Staff Scheduling: Manage staff attendance, duty rosters, punctuality, and productivity.

• SOP & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and store discipline.

• Business Growth: Identify opportunities to increase footfall, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer retention.
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduate preferred.

• 2–5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or store management role.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a retail team.

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.

• Good understanding of inventory management, billing, and store operations.

• Knowledge of sales KPIs such as UPT, ATV, conversion rate, and sales per employee.

• Proficiency in POS billing systems, MS Excel, and sales reporting is preferred.

• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Target-driven, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
