Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Store Supervisor to manage our daily store operations. You will be responsible for overseeing inventory, coordinating our team of plumbers, and maintaining accurate financial records for daily collections.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management: Track all incoming and outgoing plumbing materials. Update the system/register whenever new stock arrives or is issued.

Team Coordination: Assign daily tasks to plumbers and dispatch them to various project sites.

Stock Control: Identify low-stock items and proactively place orders with suppliers to ensure we never run out of essential materials.

Financial Record Keeping: Maintain a precise log of payments collected by plumbers. Ensure all "Lekha Jokha" (accounts) are tallied at the end of the day.

Reporting: Keep a daily record of work completed and materials used by the team.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of plumbing materials and tools.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage a team and communicate effectively.

Basic math skills for maintaining accounts and inventory counts.

Previous experience in a store or hardware-related field is a plus.
