Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the retail store
Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize store profitability
Lead, motivate, and manage the store team effectively
Prepare staff duty rosters and manage shift schedules
Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and grooming
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, and store hygiene
Monitor stock availability and coordinate stock replenishment
Conduct regular stock checks and support inventory management
Monitor daily sales, cash, card, and digital payment collections
Ensure proper billing and adherence to company procedures
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly store reports
Monitor store expenses and operational requirements
Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures
Train and develop team members on product knowledge and customer service
Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews
Coordinate with the Head Office regarding sales, staffing, stock, and operational requirements
Ensure store security, safety, and proper maintenance
Drive promotional activities and support new product launches
Maintain the overall brand standards and customer experience
