We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Store Manager to handle day-to-day store operations, manage staff, ensure high service quality, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Store Operations Management

• Oversee daily laundry & dry-clean operations

• Ensure proper tagging, billing, and delivery of garments

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store

• Monitor machine usage and report technical issues

2️⃣ Team Supervision

• Supervise ironing staff and helpers

• Manage duty schedules and attendance

• Train staff on quality standards and customer service

3️⃣ Customer Handling

• Handle walk-in customers and WhatsApp bookings

• Resolve customer complaints professionally

• Maintain positive customer relationships

4️⃣ Sales & Targets

• Promote ongoing offers (e.g., 3 blankets/quilt at price of 2)

• Upsell premium services like vacuum packing & antibacterial treatment

• Maintain daily sales reports

5️⃣ Inventory & Cash Handling

• Manage stock of detergents, chemicals, packaging materials

• Maintain daily cash collection records

• Ensure proper billing and payment reconciliation

Skills Required

• Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)

• Basic computer knowledge (Billing software, WhatsApp)

• Leadership & team handling ability

• Responsible and honest personality

• It is a Full Time రిటైల్ / కౌంటర్ అమ్మకాలు job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
