We’re Hiring | Store Sales Manager (FMCG Retail)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Store Sales Manager with strong experience in FMCG retail sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving store sales, managing daily operations, leading and motivating the team, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Increase store sales and achieve monthly targets
• Manage and motivate staff to improve productivity and efficiency
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
• Maintain store standards, service quality, and safety norms
• Conduct regular staff meetings and implement new sales initiatives
• Control operational costs and improve profitability
• Analyze sales reports and forecast future sales

Candidate Requirements:
• Mandatory experience in FMCG retail sales
• Strong leadership and team-handling skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Good understanding of retail operations and sales principles
• Any qualification (relevant experience preferred)

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
🕒 Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Straight Shift)
