Core Operations

• Monitor inventory of fruits, juices, ingredients, and supplies; conduct stock audits, forecast needs, and coordinate with suppliers for fresh deliveries to minimize waste.​

Staff and Training

• Hire, schedule, train, and supervise staff on juice preparation, customer service, hygiene protocols, and sales techniques to meet targets.​

• Conduct performance reviews, motivate team during peak hours, and enforce safety practices including accident reporting.​

Sales and Customer Focus

• Drive sales through promotions, upselling fresh juices/smoothies, visual merchandising of fruits, and analyzing daily sales metrics for profitability.​

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback while ensuring quick service and high satisfaction in a health-focused.

Reporting and Compliance

• Prepare sales, inventory, and financial reports; control costs for labor, wastage, and supplies to achieve store targets.taggd+1​
