We Are Hiring – Store Manager
Kashmiri Sons is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to lead retail store operations, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations and maintain discipline.
Achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
Handle and motivate the sales team.
Manage stock, inventory, and stock availability.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints.
Monitor staff productivity and operational efficiency.
