We are looking for a Store Manager to join our team at ‘The Laundry Master-Vadodara’ to manage customer interactions, pickup & delivery services, operate laundry software, and support marketing activities. The role requires a positive attitude, multitasking ability, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers a negotiable in-hand salary with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with service inquiries and orders

• Provide accurate information on pricing, features, and after-sales services

• Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules efficiently

• Operate laundry management software and maintain records

• Promote services, cross-sell, and inform customers about offers

• Ensure smooth store operations and handle merchandise returns

• Share feedback with management and support marketing initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate / Diploma (any stream)

• Experience in laundry services preferred (but not mandatory)

• Excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English

• Familiarity with basic inventory and transaction procedures

• Ability to manage sales targets and customer satisfaction
