Role
Run the store as your own business. Own the sales target, the team, the stock and the customer experience, and be accountable for the numbers every week. Oberoi is a high footfall mall store. Kala Ghoda is our Mumbai flagship on a high street in Fort, with a walk-in and destination clientele.

Responsibilities
Sales
1. Deliver the monthly store target and drive conversion, bill value and pieces per bill
2. Set daily targets for each team member and review them every day
3. Build a client book for the store and run follow-ups on new arrivals and occasions
4. Push Google reviews and loyalty capture on every eligible bill

Team
5. Manage and roster the store team, including attendance and weekly offs
6. Plan floor deployment for weekends, sale periods and festive peaks
7. Train the team on product, styling and selling, and coach low performers
8. Support hiring and onboarding for the store

Operations and reporting
9. Send daily sales, weekly global stock count and all requested reports on time, without reminders
10. Manage stock receiving, replenishment requests, inter-store transfers and returns
11. Ensure billing, cash, exchanges, returns and credit notes follow company policy
12. Control shrinkage and ensure the store passes stock audits
13. Keep VM to brand standard in line with the VM team's guidelines

Store
14. Maintain the store's look, cleanliness and customer experience at all times
15. Handle customer escalations on the floor
16. Coordinate with mall or building management on compliance, events and footfall activity
