We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations, lead the retail team, drive sales performance, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong retail operations experience and proven team-handling capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the store.

• Drive store sales and achieve monthly and business targets.

• Lead, motivate, and manage the store team effectively.

• Monitor staff performance, productivity, and attendance.

• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.

• Maintain store standards, visual merchandising, and overall store presentation.

• Monitor inventory, stock availability, and stock movement.

• Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and adherence to company policies.

• Analyse sales and operational reports and take necessary corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational guidelines.

• Support recruitment, training, and onboarding of store staff when required.

Eligibility Criteria

Option 1 – Graduate

• Minimum 4 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years of experience as a:

  • Department Manager, or

  • Assistant Store Manager, or

  • Store Manager

• It is a Full Time రిటైల్ / కౌంటర్ అమ్మకాలు job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
