We are Urgently Hiring for Store manager role for leading lingerie brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning
Drive sales targets through effective team management and customer engagement
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards
Monitor and improve store performance metrics (footfall, conversion, ATV, UPT)
Recruit, train, and develop store staff
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
Ensure adherence to all SOPs, policies, and safety standards
Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance
Coordinate with area managers and HO for promotions, marketing campaigns, and audits.
