Outlet Manager / Store Manager – Cloud Kitchen Operations

CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)

Role Purpose

As an Outlet Manager at Flax, you will be responsible for maintaining outlet discipline and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your role is critical in driving accurate order flow, SOP adherence, hygiene standards, and consistent execution—every shift, every order.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end outlet operations in a delivery-only cloud kitchen setup

• Ensure accurate order processing, correct packing, and timely rider handover

• Maintain food safety, hygiene, labeling, and SOP compliance standards

• Manage Online Portal dashboards, delays, cancellations, and customer complaints

• Lead outlet staff including shift planning, attendance, productivity, and discipline

• Coordinate with the Operations Manager for stock availability and dispatch

• Track and report daily KPIs such as sales, complaints, wastage, audit scores, and manpower

• Keep the outlet audit-ready at all times

• Proactively identify operational gaps and drive process improvements

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in QSR / Cloud Kitchen / Food Delivery Operations

• Working knowledge of Online Portal or similar aggregator platforms

• Strong understanding of hygiene standards and SOPs

• Basic knowledge of inventory control and reporting

• Good communication and team management skills

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and in a fast-paced environment
