Job Opening: Store Manager – Hyderabad

Location: Hyderabad

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Hyderabad store and warehouse operations. The role requires a proactive individual who can drive sales, manage inventory, oversee warehouse activities, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Manage complete store operations and customer experience.
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
Oversee warehouse activities including stock receipt, storage, and dispatch.
Ensure accurate inventory records and minimize stock discrepancies.
Lead and manage store and warehouse staff.
Prepare sales and inventory reports for management.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in store, retail, or warehouse management.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Strong inventory and warehouse management skills.
Good leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
