Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall store operations including receiving, storing, and issuing materials
Maintain proper records of stock, materials, and inventory levels
Ensure timely availability of construction materials as per project requirements
Coordinate with purchase and site teams for material planning and dispatch
Monitor stock levels and initiate procurement when required
Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification
Maintain proper documentation (GRN, stock register, issue slips, etc.)
Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to avoid damage or loss
Track inward and outward material movement
Vendor coordination and follow-up for timely delivery
Maintain safety standards and cleanliness in the store area
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of inventory and store management
Experience in real estate or construction materials handling preferred
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP systems preferred)
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
