Vaccancy for Lady Store Manager at Mobile Showroom kamothe.

Job Title : Store Manager

Candidate: Lady/Female

Location: Kamothe

Timing Hr : 10 Hr/ Needs flexibility

Salary: 15k to 20k NEGOTIABLE depend on candidate skills

Key Responsibilities :

1) Sales & Operations :

Achieve sales goals and revenue targets.

Supervise daily store activities, opening/closing, and floor management.

Implement marketing promotions and strategies.

Monitor sales reports and KPIs to identify improvements.

2)Inventory & Merchandising:

Manage stock levels, stocktaking, and supplier coordination.

Maintain accurate inventory records.

Ensure excellent visual merchandising and store appearance.

3)Customer Experience :

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.

4) Accounting

Manage store expenses, and financial records.

Daily Accounting Records

Essential Skills & Requirements

Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service.

Ability to work flexible hours.

Proficiency with computer/mobile applications.
