Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store in Kakinada. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, retail sales experience, and the ability to manage store operations efficiently while ensuring excellent customer service and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the retail store.

• Lead, train, and supervise the store team to achieve sales targets.

• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Monitor store sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.

• Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate stock replenishment.

• Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation as per company standards.

• Handle billing, cash management, and daily store reporting.

• Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and productivity.

• Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.

• Ability to achieve sales targets and drive store performance.

• Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, POS/Billing Software).

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 4–6 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the retail industry.

• Experience in handling a retail team and store operations is mandatory.
