About the Role

99 Store is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of the retail outlet. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proven track record in driving sales and managing store operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store.

• Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the store team to achieve business goals.

• Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies and achieving monthly targets.

• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and prepare reports.

• Maintain optimum stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse for inventory replenishment.

• Ensure proper merchandising and attractive product displays.

• Conduct inventory checks and minimize stock loss, pilferage, and shrinkage.

• Maintain store cleanliness, visual standards, and overall store appearance.

• Handle billing operations, cash management, and daily cash reconciliation.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.

• Monitor employee attendance, shift scheduling, and productivity.

• Identify business opportunities to increase footfall and improve store profitability.

• Coordinate with senior management regarding store performance and operational improvements.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 4–5 years of experience in retail store management.

• Experience in supermarkets, discount stores, departmental stores, or retail chains will be preferred.
