Scheduling: Manage staff shifts and ensure optimal floor coverage during peak retail seasons and festivals.
Performance Management: Evaluate staff performance and conduct regular team meetings.
3. Inventory & Security Management
Stock Audits: Oversee daily opening/closing stock checks, physical audits, and stock replenishment.
Loss Prevention: Implement strict security protocols and loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage.
Merchandising: Ensure all jewellery displays are aesthetically arranged, well-lit, and aligned with brand guidelines.
